Health and MS

Are the two possible, or isn't this a oxymoronic comment.  I think they are possible.  I'm a firm believer that ms is a symptom of many underlying conditions.  For some it might be toxic overload, others poor nutrition, others stress, others childhood hardships, still others it might be a energy problem, but somehow the body has lost connection with itself.  In a simple explanation the body is heating itself, and lets face it, that's not natural.  Something that starts the body going down a negative path when it comes to health.  For people with MS the body begins to influence the nervous system negatively.  Why the nervous system for these folks. is beyond me.  For people with hasimotos, hyper, hypo thyroid, it is the thyroid that is attacked.  People with fibermyalgia, the nerves again.  IBS folks of course the digestive system.   Rheumatoid arthritis the joints.   It all seems over welming but it all seems manageable if viewed the right way.

So how does one stop the body from eating itself?  I don't know the answer to that question but it seems to me a simple way would be to return the body as much as possible to the way it was when you were born.  Another words, hit reset.  Obviously easier said then done and lets face it.  Most of us have lived for a few years, lol.  This is why, with kids, with supportive parents, you hear about children getting cleared of autoimmune diseases.  Not in huge amounts, and not all the time.  This is not a path for a lot of people.   the support system has to be there for the person.  If your a kid, parents have to take it on as a change in their lifestyle.  After all the disconnected was probably manifested out of the lifestyle of the parent.  I've often said children are an extension of their parents.  Hopefully this resonates with parents who read this and they understand what it means for a kid to live without the modern influences around us.

Lately with my MS, I have been spending a lot of time in my brain.  The power of my brain and the connection it has to the earth has been forefront in my thinking.  Yesterday I learned a new word and it was an interesting concept.  It was called being "grounded" and what it meant was that we were meant to be connected to the earth.  In modern society we often have a tire, a road, or the bottom of a shoe between us and the earth.   Grounded was an idea of plugging into an outlet, and utilizing the grounding rod outside every house or building.   Another way to look at it was, grounding a bed, a floor, a person, the same way that electrical outlets were grounded.  Some recommendations I heard were, take off your shoes,  connect with the earth and thus ground your body and mind.  Taking advantage of the enormous power that is earth.  Lets face it,  we all live on a planet, but most of our existence is in a town, or in a house, or in a country.  Before there was MS, before there were autoimmune diseases, a lot of a humans perspective was seeing the planet for what it was.  A sunset, a sunrise, the curvature at the horizon, eating from rain and sun (which by the way, is a planet and star).  Do you hear our star referred to as that a lot, or is it a sun?  Perhaps grounding is on to something that would bring us closer to a cosmetic perspective.

I believe it is possible to return to somewhere you once were.  I believe that what we are experiencing right now, was manifested by us years, days, and moments ago.  My future is without MS.  My future is eating in ways that my body and cells want.  My future will be closer to the ocean, my future will be spent with someone who feels the same.  My future is exciting.  It is fun and does not require a lot of work on my part.  All of that work has been done.  Out of the universe I have come here, and that is no easy task.  I should celebrate, so should everyone here, we came together and this existence will conclude with us returning.  Therefore in our existence being labeled with MS and having health are possible.  The trick is only letting go of your MS and like I said, doing everything you can to return to being a new born :-).
